Axie Infinity: Origin Season 2 Introduces Positive Changes For All Players

 

Play-to-earn games continue to garner much excitement. Axie Infinity has regained lost market momentum following the launch of its free-to-play variant Origin. Several updates have been announced for Axie Infinity: Origin Season 2, mainly regarding balance and rewards.

Axie Infinity: Origin Update

Launching a free-to-play version of Axie Infinity was a slightly risky move. Play-to-earn titles have economies hinging on new capital entering the ecosystem. A free-to-play variant is more accessible, as it requires no upfront investments. However, It also offers no guarantee that the players will either transition to the “regular” P2E version.   Peter Crouch has shared his concerns about Leicester City’s financial position after a quiet transfer window and believes ‘confidence is low’ at King Power after a difficult campaign.
